OUR COVER PHOTOGRAPH When our photographer was touring the East Coast last December he quite unexpectedly ran into a high-spirited country fair at Tolaga Bay, full of the traditional good-fellowship of the East Coast. The occasion was a school break-up and Christmas party, but no limit was set for the age of the children participating.
