General Duigan On The Will To Win The Chief of the General Staff,; Major-General J. E. Duigan, comment-; ing in an interview recently on the battle on the Western Front, said — ! The final decision will be reached on the Western Front, and with our Allies we have to fight it out to a! finish. Once again our backs are to the wall. Determination, courage, and the : will to win will bring us through, the crisis, and I feel all these qualities are' possessed by the Allied armies. I am certain victory will come in the end and civilization will be saved. War victory—a nation. War—defeat—dismemberment of Empire. •
