Largest C.R. (Union under 15 members)—Titirangi (168), Vase. Largest percentage increase—Nelson, 158%. Union Membership: Highest percentage increase—Nelson (56%). Largest numerical increase—Nelson (64). White Ribbon Subscribers: Union; largest number of subscribers —Riccarton (152), Vase. Largest number of new subsenoers —Palmerston North and Waimate, equal. Highest percentage increase (Union under 20 members)—Otorohanga (18%). L.T.L. Membership: Vase replacing banner—Wanganui East. Band of Hope Banner: Tinwald. Congratulations are offered to the Nelson Union on the amount of splendid work done, and to all who have won the Banners and Vases.
