Franklin Delano Roosevelt: Where will historians place him? The Bishop of North Queensland, Dr. J. Feetham, gives the right answer when he says~ that Franklin Roosevelt will be placed among the great men of history who belong not just to a particular country but to the whole world. Few men are so great, says Dr. Feetham, but when they do appear they guide the course of history, as did MJoses Isaiah, St. Paul, St. Augustine, Wilberforce, Lincoln. Roosevelt was the champion of the forgotten man, the underdog and the oppressed nation.
