Tu Tangata Magazine price increase Tu Tangata increases in price to $2 per copy from Issue 20, October/November 1984. Since Tu Tangata began in August 1981, it has increased in the range of articles and the quality of the writing and photography. Its subscribers have grown to nearly three thousand and it is now available nationally through stores and bookshops. The price increase is needed to maintain and improve Tu Tangata coverage. We now have an international price for a magazine of international quality. He iti, he pounamu.
