Mr IWI RURU Mr Iwi Ruru, one of the East Coast's best known elders, died recently. He is survived by Mrs Ruru and three sons, Messrs Hata Ruru of Wanganui, Robert of Te Kuiti, and Jimmy of Wairoa.
