Pooti Hinga Te Rito The death occurred at the Gisborne Hospital of Pooti Hinga Te Rito, the wife of Hati Nepia, of Manutuke, aged 65. The late Mrs Nepia was a sister of the wellknown Whakaki chief, Patu Te Rito, who died some years ago. During the early part of her life she was brought up at Wairarapa. On marrying she moved to the Gisborne district where she lived to the time of her death
