UK Monthly Music Mags Gain Readers While weekly tabloids NMEand Melody Maker registered falls in circulation in the second half of 1993, gains were made by monthly mags Q, Face, Select, Vox, Arena and Sky. NME fell 5.9% to 111,703 circulation and Melody MakerfeW 6.5% to 64,601. Q moved up 3.2% to 177,065 and Select moved up 5% to 83,139.
