• Rod Stewart may tour in February. • Artists appearing at Wellington's NZ International Festival of the Arts, March 1992, include Nina Simone, Tuck & Patti, Victor Borge, Joe Williams, Louie ’ Bellson, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Joe Pass, James Morrison and Youssou N'Dour & Super Etoile De Dakar. Bookings are initially limited to Friends of the Festival but public mail bookings open Oct 28 and counter sales start Nov 18.
