STEVE REICH Kronos Quartet, Pat Metheny On this album Steve Reich works with the KRONOS Quartet on ‘Different Trains’ and Pat Metheny playing 11 electric guitars and two electric basses on ‘Electric Counterpoint’. Critics rave; “entirely new in its voice-instrument fusions” — “the most humane use of sampling technology.”

NIKKI : Nilkki ; Ayoung 21 year old guy from Chicago who knows his funky licks— he has worked with the Deele, Ohio Players and Midnight Starr. He wrote and produced all the tracks on this his debut LP— he can play mean electric guitar on ‘Wild Boys’ and supple acoustic work on ‘Notice Me’. Watch out for Nikkil
