Tenders have been called for the erection of a building in Bell street for Mr. G. McCaul. *** * * * A new villa residence has just been finished at Putiki for Pmiha Utiku, who is shortly to occupy it. ****** Dr. Earle has just had demolished several old buildings in Guyton street to make room for new premises, which are now in course of completion. Messrs. Horsley & Co. have just let a contract for fine new premises in St. Hill street. The contract price of these premises is Architect, W. Pinches ; contractor, A. Thompson. Plans are being prepared for the erection of a new brick warehouse to be erected in Wanganui for Messrs. Sargood, Son & Ewen, warehousemen. The building will have frontage to Taupo quay, and will be two stories in height.
