Andrews & Beaven Ltd. have been incorporated as a private company with a capital of divided into 15,000 shares of £1 each. The new concern is to acquire and take over the business of engineers and agricultural implement makers, formerly carried on by Wm. Andrews and A. W. Beaven, of Christchurch. The subscribers are :—: — William Andrews and Arthur W. Beaven, 7500 shares each. Registered office at Christchurch. The registration in no way affects the conduct of the business. All the shares and debentures issued will be held by the two partners, who have carried on the business for the last 27 years.
