Colin McKenzie is charged, on warrant, ■with assault with intent to ravish .Barbara M‘Leod, at Melbourne, on the 6th January, ] 860. He is a Scotchman, aged 24, 6 feet 1 or 2 inches high, medium build, 12 stone weight, fresh complexion, grey eyes, light brown hair, small fair whiskers and moustache, and smart active appearance ; usually presses as a stockrider. lie is supposed to be in New Zealand.
