OBITUARY

MRS. E. FITZGERALD. UHRISTCHURCH

On March 29 the Cathedral parish, Liiristchurch, lost one of its worthy members in the person of Mrs. Edward Fitzgerald. The deceased was born hi County Kerry, and during a residence of twenty-nine years in Sydenham, by her truly amiable disposition won from a wide circle of friends the deepest respect. Though her health of late was not of the best, still her death was quite unexpected, and cast a gloom over her many friends.. Heartfelt sympathy is felt for the members of her Family in their sad bereavement. She was a zealous member of St. VirtcFht de Paul and Altar Societies. A good and virtuous mother during life, she closed her mortal career giving evident signs of a most nappy .and edifying death. Rev. Father Peoples fortified her with the last rites of Holy Church, and also officiated! at tne obsequies in the Cathedral and at the cemetery, in the presence of a very large number of mourners.-— R.I.P.
