Fat Cattle.— 2os head yarded, the bigger proportion of these being medium-weight steexs and heifers. Prices were about on a par with last week's rates. Best bullocks, £9 6s to £11 , medium to gpod, £7 15s 1o £8 15s ; light, £6 5s to £7 10s •; best cows and heifers, £6 10s to £8 2s 6tl ; m odium to good, £5 10s to £6 5s ; light, £2 to £4 17s Gd.
Sheep. — 185 1 penned, the most of which were good to prime wethers, with a pen or two of ewes. Prices were fully eq^ial to last week's rates, and for prime 'Cfuality they were slightly boiler. Best wethers, 25s io 26s 6ri ; extra heavy, up to 29s 3d ; medium to good, 22s'6d\ to '25s'; others, up to 225 -, best ewes, 22s to 24s ; light, 18s lo 20s.
Fat Lambs —18 were yarded, all of which sold under brisk competition. Best lambs, 21s to 22s Gd ; others, 18a to 20s.
Pigs. — Of the 90 forward, the majority wore suckers and 1 small sorts, .porkers being also in fair supply. Prices were slightly higher for small sorts, "this being also the casa witih porkers. Slickers, 7s to lls ; slips, 11s 6d to 15s ; stores, 16s to 23s ; porkers, 2c>s to 34s ; light baconers, 36s to 40s ; heavy do, 43s to 54s ; choppers, up to 60s.
