Rickard was elected Vie -President : Uro J Ilanley", Treasurer. Warden, Bro. Alex. McWilliams ; Sick VinitorH, BroH. Tbos. Morris and Andrew Kelly ; Guardian, Bro. H. llanlon ; and Secretary, Aloysiuß V. Dallow, all the™ ntill retaining their oli portions. Bro. Joseph Devlin, second Auditor, wa* elected in plat© of Bro. Fred. Oakley, -enior Auditor, wiio retire* After the election Past President, Rev. P. W. Tynionf, congratulated them on their new honor* in tbe longe. and proceeded to in-tall e»oh in their turn in their official position, giving each thejr various instructions as to the duties expected of them, K'ach officer »v tab y replied, thanking tbe lodge for tbe honor conferred on him. Part President, Father P. Tyinons, in thanking the lodge for the support and many expressions be had received wMlst in the chair, promised, amidst applame, to donate the President* nosh to the lod.e. On the motion of Brother Jame* Carr, seconded by Brother John HatJt-y it was unanimously carried that th» past and flnt president of the lodge be placed first on the merit board It wu also resolved, on the motion of Bro. Andrew Kelly, seconded by iiro. A. McWtlliamc, that th» past treasurer, Key. Father Bowd«n, who had d.-ne yeoman* tervice since the hdge's inception, be also placed on tbe merit board. The meeting was adjourned until January 27 to receive the balance sheet, which, owing to the scoretary bung away for hid health, wjh not quite in order for present*' tion.
