Southland Produce Mabket.

London, December 20.— The wheat market is quiet but firm ; cargois are eteadily held. Victorian (afloat), 30s 3d ; South Australian (December and January shipments), 30s. Butter is in slightly better demand. Colonial, 104 ato 108s ; unsalted, dull ; secondary, 94s to 98s ; Danish, unchanged.

Cheese: The Gothic shipment met with a good demand, and sold at 46s so 48s ; Canadian, 495.

Wellington, December 21.— The Otarama, whioh is sailing to-day for South Afrioan ports, takes the following cargo :—1046: — 1046 boxes butter, 1 case cheese, 321 orates poultry, 648 sides pork, 3 oases eggs, 6 oases turkeys, 20 sacks oatmeal, 90 orates rabbits, 40 casks cider, 25 sacks malt, 2500 sacks oata, 492 cases preserved meats, 9 packages sundries.
