THE REDEMPTORIST MONASTERY, BALLARAT.

One of the finest buildings in or around Ballarat is the Monastery of the Redemptorist Fathers, near Wendouree. Some time ago the Fathers, finding 1 the accommodation provided in that portion of the monastery then completed was not sufficient for their requirements, applied to their Superior-General at Rome for permission to complete the building.
