SISTER MARY ST. JUSTIN COMYN.

On Thursday last the funeral of the late Sister Mary St. Justin Comyn, of the Monastery of the Holy Name took plac* 1 at Ashburton. A licquiem Mass was said in the local church by the Rev. Father Servajean 6f Chrisfcchurch, and the body was then conveyed to the Ashburton cemetery. The procession through the town was a very large one, and included two priests, also acolytes and two Sisters with the pupils of the convent school. There were also coaches containing Sisters from the convent in the township and a large number of members of the Church from all parts of the district. The late Sister, who was an accomplished musician, was a very devote Catholic and one who never wearied in doing good. — 1i.1.P.
