IRISH NATIONAL FEDERATION, WELLINGTON.
By the last 'Frisco mail the following letter, containing draft for £50 has been forwarded to Mr Justin M'Carthy, M.P., from tha Wellington Branch of the Irish National Federation :— " Dear Sir, — We have th« honour of forwarding you another draft of £50 for the Parliamentary Fund. £47 17s 9J of this amount form the net proceeds of the Hibernian Society's grand concert held here on the 18th March in commemora'ion of our national festival. The patriotic and unselfish action of the society in this matter ia, we consider, praiseworthy, and, we are sure, will be fully appreciated by your committee. — Wo are, dear Sir, faithfully yours, E. Carrigan, J. DrUcoll, P. M. Twomcy, vice-presidents ; M. Bohan, treasurer ; M. F. Healy, hon. sec."
