The Cluny Museum at Paris his just made the acquisition of a cast of Dante's face taken after death. It appears, says the Bulletin FrangaiSi that some years back the plaster cast, modelled on the face of the dead poet, was sold at Borne, and its acquisition warmly disputed. It was purchased by the Cavaliere Morgantini, who had it carefully reproduced* and has offered a copy to all the principal museums of Europe.
