London cablegrams of the 9th instant, are as follows :—: — Gladstone's resignation has not been confirmed, but it is inevitable. Five hundred elections have been completed. The Conservatives gained 75, and the Liberals 27 seats. Numerous home rulers have been elected in Ireland. Out of 536 elections, the Conservatives gained 80 seats, the Liberals 23. Jenkins, author of Ginx's Baby, has been elected.
