Howick. —Between 2nd and 29th April last, a dwelling at Buckland’s Beach, the property of JOSEPH JOHN REGALDO, 5 Douglas Road, Mount Eden, was broken into and the following stolen : A mantel model Zaney Gill radio, dark-walnut cabinet, 18 in. by 15 in, with oval top, three wooden control-knobs; an enamel electric jug with flex, quart size ; two dark-brown door curtains ; a white canvas car-cover with eyelets, ropes attached ; two rugs, one with black and white checks, the other dark-grey with grey and blue checks on one side ; two double bedspreads, one with blue and fawn stripes, and the other faded-blue and fawn ; two single sheets; two pillows with white pillow-cases; a cream-coloured single blanket; a cream-coloured cot blanket with blue stripes ; a white patch-work single quilt; a fawn tablecloth ; a poplin table centre with fancy work around edge ; a jardiniere ; a Daisy repeater air-gun ; and a facetowel with red and white stripes ; total value, £22. Te Awamutu. —Between the 4th and 12th April last, from a motor-car in the main street, Matiere, near Ohura, the property of HUGH SETON TRIPE, Te Rauamoa, a •22 calibre Savage single-shot rifle, No. 14, model 3b ; a box containing thirty rounds of -22 calibre ammunition; and a pair of .Crescent pliers, “ S. and H.” brand, 8 in. long; total value, £3 2s. 3d. Rifle identifiable.

Rotorua.29th or 30th January last, the property of MOLLY' MURDOCH-SMITH, Te Wairoa Road, an 18 ct. gold ring, set with three large diamonds in platinum setting, small diamonds on each side of setting ; value, £IOO. Identifiable. Complainant probably lost the ring at Blue Lake.
