Freeman’s Bay. — John Ove Erik Tell, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 19.36, page 641.)
Auckland. — J. A. Syminton, inquired for, has been arrested by the Auckland police. His correct name is John Allister SymsPlton, (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 679.)
Auckland. — Aiister Basil Shaw, inquired for : No further action is to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 435.)
Auckland.— Harold Leslie Bell, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Coromandel police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 511.)
Auckland. Marmaduke Victor Rumble, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 89.)
Whakatane. Robert Mate Watarawi, alias Watarawi Ropita Mate, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Freeman’s Bay police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)
Rotorua. George Flanagan, default of balance of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Otorohanga police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)
Ohura. — H. J. Odey or Harry Odey, missing, has been located by the Taupo police. His correct name is Henry George Odey. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 92.)
New Plymouth. Stewart Watt, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 90.)
Feilding. — Frederick Walter Leslie Rickard, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Taranaki Street (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 106.)
Palmerston North. —-Ellen McDonnell’s separator stolen : Truman Wiltshire, alias Holt, has been convicted of the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 292.)
Palmerston North. — Leslie William McMillan, convicted, was found drowned in Auckland Harbour on the 6th ultimo. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 256.)
Palmerston North. — Fraser White, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 106.)
Nelson. —R. Allan, false pretences, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. He is identical with Herbert Leah Paterson. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 3.)
Greymouth. John Brewer, false pretences, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He assumed the name David Ackroyd. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 3.)
Christchurch. — Charles Peter Kenny, theft, has been arrested by the Christchurch police, and the suit-case and contents have been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 90.)
Christchurch. — David Owen Hannafin, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 442.)
