Fears are entertained for his safiAy^^^ £ Timaru. Since November, 1921, Robert James Pearse, age' thirty-nine, height 5 ft. 11 in., labourer, native of England, fresh complexion, dark hair, dark-brown eyes, large dark mole on lower part of back, broad shoulders, erect gait; an ex Imperial soldier.
