Queen Street Wharf (Auckland). l7th July last, from a hut at Takapuna, the property of WILLIAM HENRY PERKINS, £2 in money ; a silver Rotherhams English lever watch, with “ Goodwin ” inscribed thereon ; a pair of gentlemen’s black boots, size 6 ; and a white shirt with blue stripes : total value, £5 Is. Identifiable except money. Suspicion is attached to Henry Charles Weeks, age about nineteen, height 5 ft. 9 in., electrician and seaman, native of New Zealand, strong build, fair complexion, brown hair, blue eyes ; dressed in a grey suit, reddish-striped shirt, and grey cap. Auckland. —l6th October last, from a shed at Bray’s Quarries, Penrose, the property of RASMUS NEILSON GONBERG, 7 Pitt Street, a brown leather wallet, black lining, “R.N.G.” in indelible ink on outside ; £7 in money, and receipts and sundry papers in name of complainant: total value, £7 9s. 6d. Identifiable except moneys Suspicion is attached to Kenneth Kempt Alexander Young, age thirtyeight, height 6 ft. 1 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair, blue eyes. He has been interviewed but no evidence resulted.
Auckland. —On the 14th ultimo the AVONDALE RAIL-WAY-STATION was broken into, and £2 11s. in money and £5 worth of twopenny railway stamps, branded “ Avondale,” stolen from the safe, which was opened by means of explosives. Stamps identifiable.
Auckland. —Between the 11th September last and the 6th October, from a boardinghouse in Wellesley Street, the property of PHILLIP JOHN MADDERN, a brown oiled-canvas coat, size 4, patch of different material on bottom at back, straps and buckles on front, “ Military ” branded inside right breast; value, £2. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Hansen or Olsen, age about thirty-live, height 5 ft. 8 in., seaman, stout build, fresh complexion, fair hair, clean-shaved; usually dressed in a grey check suit.
Auckland. l2th or 13th October last, from the dwelling of ALEXANDER SLADE, 40 Kilmarna Avenue, Herne Bay, £1 12s. 6d. in money, and a 9 ct. gold engagement-ring set with five pearls in centre of eight diamonds ; total value, £9 12s. 6d. Ring only identifiable.
Auckland. — 6th ultimo, from the Mon Desir Hotel, Takapuna, the property of TOM VARLEY, Eden Crescent, a dark-brown imitation crocodile-leather portmanteau, “T.V.” scratched on small plate thereon; a gentlemen’s light-grey suit, made by Ansell and Co., Auckland ; a Valet safety razor with brass blade-clips ; a Bengal razor with “V.” scratched on handle ; three gentlemen’s black and white striped shirts, size 4 ; three sets of specifications for houses, one for Nightingale, Milford, Auckland ; and a suit of pyjamas, &c. : total value, £ll 16s. 6d. Mostly identifiable.
Auckland.— September last, from a railway-carriage at the railway-station, the property of BENJAMIN ANDERSON, Kaikohe, a dark-brown leather suit-case, containing a blue silk marocain frock ; a blue silk dress, collar and sleeves lined and piped with white squared material; a white linen frock with openwork sleeves, collar, and front; a white Jap silk shirt-blouse with long sleeves ; a pair each of pink silk, tan silk, and black silk stockings ; a silver-mounted black ebony hair-brush; a light-orange crepe de Chine dressingjacket ; a pair of pillow-shams with wild-rose embroidery and scalloped edges ; a navy serge costume with, fur collar ; a pair of blue Jap silk knickers ; a light-grey tweed skirt with stripes of blue and pink ; a pair of Fuji-silk knickers ; a pair of cami-knickers ; a silver-mounted mirror; and a handkerchief-box with pink silk covering and white silk lining, &c. : total value, £33 ss. 7d. Identifiable.
Auckland. —26th October last, from a shed at the Penrose Glassworks, the property of JAMES JOHNSON, Miller Street, Ellerslie, a gentlemen’s open-face Swiss lever metal watch, “ 6117 ” scratched inside case, enamel on dial chipped ; value, £2. Identifiable.
Auckland. or sth ultimo, from the Star Hotel, Albert Street, the property of ERNEST WRIGHT, a gentlemen’s heavy navy-blue Melton-tweed overcoat, double-breasted, belt and pleat at back, lined with black silk or sateen, “ Parkhouse ”on tag ; value, £lO. Identifiable.
Auckland. —l2th ultimo, the property of RUBY POTTS, 27 Claremount Street, a ladies’ black patent-leather purse, red stripes on one corner, “R. Potts ” inside flap ; 12s. Cd. in money ; a one-section Auckland tramway concession-card, with “ F. C. Welch, Wairipa Terrace, Fendalton,” thereon ; and a ladies’ gold open-face Rotherhams watch, “ J.C.P.” and a date on back case : total value, £9 2s. 6d. Identifiable except money.

Auckland. —l7th ultimo, from the King’s Private Hotel, the property of FRANCIS GIBBS HART, Tahuna, a brown leather suit-case, a wooden box containing a Starrett levelling transit, a suit of blue pyjamas, a brown-backed hair-brush, a pink-striped shirt, and two pairs of black socks, &c. ; total value, £9. Identification doubtful.
Auckland. —17th ultimo, from the Waitemata Hotel, the property of WINIFRED SINTON, a gentlemen’s silver hunting eight-day watch ; a gentlemen’s silver open-face watch; a gold-mounted black ribbon watch-guard, gold medal with “ To A. N. Sinton from his Wyndham friends ” thereon ; a fountain pen ; a brown leather brief-bag with “ A.S.” on outside ; a suede tobacco-pouch ; a three-fold leather wallet; and a red silk handkerchief, collars, &c. : total value, £ll 15s. Identifiable.
Auckland. 2sth October last, from a gate-post at 84 St. Luke’s Road, the property of GEORGE COLES, a redpainted figure of a Maori carved out of totara, hands across stomach, three fingers on each hand, black tattoo on chin, carvings on breast, arms, and hips ; value, £5. Identifiable.
Hamilton.— October last, from the rear of the Strand Theatre, Victoria Street, the property of THOMAS GEORGE RENOUF, Grey Street, Claudelands, a gentlemen’s - slateenamelled fixed-wheel Rapid bicycle, Waikato Special tire on back wheel, maltese crosses on front forks ; value, £7. Identifiable.
Putaruru. — the 21st or. 22nd ultimo the store of ROSE BROS., Tirau, 'was broken into and the following stolen therefrom : 4s. in money ; two ■ leather brief-bags, nickel lock'in centre and nickel clasp at each end ; a brown composition bag with leather-bound corners ; a dozen gentlemen’s fancy socks a white sweater with blue band round neck; and two ' bunches of keys: total value, £8 17s. Mostly identifiable.

Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Man (name unknown), age about forty, height about 5 ft. 7 in., stout build, brown moustache ; wearing a fawn overcoat.

Havelock. —Between the 7th and 11th ultimo the dwelling of HENRY NEIL McFARLANE, Ronga Valley, was broken into and the following stolen therefrom : A gold engagementring, set with three diamonds in claw setting ; a ladies’ plain gold band-ring; a pocket-knife with white pearl handle ; several French, German, and American, coins, including a 25-cent. coin; two 7-franc notes ; a gentlemen’s plain wide gold band-ring, “E. McFarlane ” engraved thereon ; a gold wedding-ring; a gentlemen’s aluminium ring with “Welt Kreg ” on raised gold mount thereon ; a ladies’ open-face silver keyless watch ; a silver badge, No. 78764 ; a war medal with “ 78764 ” and “ H. Dunedin. —On the 19th or 20th ultimo the premises of the DUNEDIN AND OTAGO BOOT-MANUFACTURING COMPANY, 209 Castle Street, were broken into and the following stolen therefrom : Ten pairs gentlemen’s tan willowcalf boots, Cookham make, white lining, sizes 7,8, 9, and 10 ; eight pairs gentlemen’s nigger-tan boots, white lining, sizes 6, 7,8, and 9 ; seven pairs gentlemen’s box-hide boots, Cookham make, half hooks, yellow lining, sizes 6,9, and 10 ; five pairs gentlemen’s box-calf shoes, white lining, sizes 6,8, and 9 ; two pairs gentlemen’s glace-kid shoes, patent toecaps, white lining, sizes 6 and 7; and two pairs ladies’ Queen of Sheba English-made shoes : total value, £45 16s.
