Surrey (England). —lnquiries are requested for John Macfarlane Brownlie, age about sixty, height about 6 ft., bank clerk, native of England, thin build, fair complexion, erect gait. Wynyard (Tasmania). — Inquiries are requested for Edward Charles Dennison Cure, age thirty-five, height 5 ft. 6 in., engine-driver, thin build, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, round-shouldered, deformed feet, one knee stiff. Inquiry by his wife, Alice Elizabeth Cure, Saunders Street, Wynyard. (P. 22/435.)
Cheltenham (Victoria) 18/2/22.- — Lawrence Needed is charged, on warrant, with being the clerk and servant to the English, Scottish, and Australian Bank (Limited), stole the sum of £2,180, belonging to his masters at Cheltenham. Description : Age twenty-three, height 6 ft, fair complexion, clean-shaven, dark eyes ; dressed in dark clothes ; believed accompanied by a woman named Ivy Kenny, with whom offender kept company. Description : Age twenty, height 5 ft. 4 in., dark complexion. His arrest is desired. (See Victoria Police Gazette, 1922, page 109.) (P. 22/434.)
