INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Adelaide (South Australia).A warrant has been issued for Frederick Robert Kimber, alias Kims, agent, native of England, age about twenty-eight, height 5 ft. 4 in., thin to medium build, fair complexion, reddish hair; was dressed in blue-serge suit and brown-velour hat; may be engaged selling taxation books, compiled by Minear and Mankey, Adelaide, or shirts and other soft goods ; charged that on the 15th November, 1921, at Adelaide, having received a cheque drawn on the Bank of Australasia (Limited) as portion of the value thereof (to wit, the sum of £369 11s. 4d.) for and on account of James Dean Dali, did at Adelaide fraudulently convert to his own use and benefit part of the proceeds of the said property.
