Perth (Western Australia).warrant has been issued for the arrest of James Maher, charged with the murder of John Thomas Don, at Perth, on the 19th May last. His description and photograph appear hereunder: Age twenty-four, height 5 ft. 10 in., mechanical engineer, native of Western Australia-, slight build, sallow complexion, brown hair, thick dark-brown eyebrows, small brown moustache, round forehead, large nose, small mouth, thin lips, deep cleft in chin, long face, scar on bulb of left ring-finger; dressed in a blue-sac suit with white stripes half-inch apart, and light-felt hat with black band.
