ARSON.

Opotiki.— On the morning of the 3rd June last four shops in Church Street, value £2,150, owned by H. Larmer, hairdresser, and J. 0. Arthur, painter, were destroyed by fire under circumstances which point to the fire having been wilfully caused by John Clarke, who has since committed suicide. Should any information be obtained regarding this offence a communication is to be sent to the Inspector of Polioe, Hamilton.
