Auckland.— Walter Richard Leary, breach of prohibition order, hat paid the amount due to Senior Sergeant Moore, Whangarei police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 187.

Auckland.— E. Avery, deserter from s.s. “ Otaki,” has been arrested by Sergeant Dale, Newmarket police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 51.)

Auckland. — Arthur Gollar, failing to provide : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1912, pages 487 and 527.)

Auckland.— Joseph Weston, obscene language, has been arrested by Constable Beddek, Shortland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 547.)

Napier.— Robert John Hughes, failing to provide Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 399.)

Hastings. — Frank Peters, obscene language, has been served with a summons by Constable Butler, Waipuktirau police. (See Police Gazette , 1912, page 246.)

Petone. Robert Nankerville, breach of Defence Act: The fine and costs have been paid. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 548.)

Wellington.— George Edward Keen, ship-desertion, has been arrested by Detective Cameron, Wellington police, and sentenced to fourteen days. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 548.)

Christchurch. Elizabeth Mary Hale has been served with a summons by Constable O’Halloran, Woodville police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 538.)

Christchurch.- Thomas Stockdill, failing to provide Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 460.)

Lyttelton. — Harris and Cain, deserters from the “ Ruahine ” : Warrants cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 330.)

Lyttelton. —J. Murdock, deserting from the s.s, “ Kent,” was found drowned in the Lyttelton Harbour, (See Police Gazette, 1912, pages 330 and 338.)

Timaru.— Daniel O’Sullivan, failing to obey the terms of his probation, has been interviewed by Constable Edwards, Kurow police, and has promised to comply with the terms of his probation. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 528.)

Culverden. — James Bennett, default of fine : Warrant executed by Sergeant Mackay, Rangiora police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 548.)

Dunedin.— Daniel Smith, theft, has been arrested by Detectives Gibson and Ward, Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 549.)

Berlin (Germany.)— Rudolf Stallman, alias Baron Rudolf von Konig, cheating by card - sharping and forgery, has been arrested in England, and extradited to Germany. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 548.) (P. 11/2370.)
