Information is requested respecting Henry Stanhouse, about fifty-six years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, light build, and fair complexion. He was in the Immigration Officer’s boat at Wilhamstown in 1860 ; subsequently a warder in the gaol at Auckland, N.Z., and was discharged in 1874. Inquiry is made for him at the request of James Elder, Nagambie, who left in his charge, twenty-one years ago, a box containing deeds of land at Footscray. Mr. Elder offers £0 reward.—O. 1290. 22nd February, 1881.
