Entrance money must be enclosed with nomination, together with name, age and pedigree of horse, name of trainer, and colours of rider. Entries made by telegram must be confirmed in writing, giving full particulars, by first mail, when entrance money must be paid. Owners are responsible in the matter of penalties and allowances. All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. Any horse winning after publication of weights is liable to be re-handicap-ped.
