FEILDING JOCKEY CLUB.

THE SPRING PROGRAMME.

The attention of horseowners is directed to the spring programme of the Feilding Jockey Club, which will be found elsewhere in this issue. The hill of fare drawn up by this energetic club is a most attractive one, and is well up to requirements in every particular. The meeting takes place on November 30 and December 1, and comprises 16 events, the amount of prize money attached being £2950. On the opening day the Feilding Stakes of 500sovs, and St. Andrew’s Handicap of 400sovs are the chief events, while the principal item on the second day is the Manchester Handicap of 300sovs. There are three events worth 200sovs each, three worth 150sovs each, and the remainder each worth lOOsovs. Taken all round, the programme is one which should meet with the approval of

owners, and a good response should be forthcoming on Friday, November , 4, when the secretary (Mr. E. Goodbehere) will receive nominations.
