At the Epsom Summer Meeting on Wednesday the following was the result of the race for THE DERBY STAKES of 6500sovs, for entire colts and fillies, foaled in 1907; colts 9.0 and fillies 8.9. Mr. A. P. Cunliffe’s b or br c Charles O’Malley, by Desmond —Goody Two Shoes, 9.0 3 Neil Gow was troublesome at the post. Greenback led, with Lemberg, Wildflower, and Neil Gow in close attendance. The positions were practically unaltered till a few yards from the post. Lemberg won by a neck, two lengths between Greenback and Charles O’Malley, Neil Gow, close up, fourth.
