The following matches have been played on Mount Eden green:— Champion Singles: Esam. 17, v. Gatenby, 21. Esam, 22, v. Dickey, 16. Handicap Singles: Miller. 29, v. Gavin, 12; H. O. Brown, 21, v. Tattersall, 21; Gatenby, 24. v. H. Jones, 14. Club Pairs: Trayes and Esam (skip), 25, v. Blades and C. C. Baker, 14.
So numerous were the entries in the N.Z.B.A. championships at Christchurch that the Fours Match had to be divided into nine sections. Seventyone teams are taking part in this mammoth tournament.
