HURDLE RACES.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs in the hurdle races, and for every additional race 71b extra. Handicaps for first day will be published on FRIDAY, December 81. Acceptances for First Day's races are due on TUESDAY, January 5, 1904, at 9 p.m. Acceptances for Second Day’s races close on night of First Day’s races at 9 p.m., when weights will be declared .
