For the fourth time in twelve years a proposition to allow Belgian women admission to the Bar is to bo introduced. Last year when thio was done tho number of antagonists to tho Bill was found to have greatly decreased —tho principal objection seems to be that the inherent basbfulncss and reserve of woman unfits her for the profession of advocate!
