ENGAGEMENTS.
The engagement is announced of Miss Marian Bush, second daughter of Mr R. S. Bush, S.M., and Warden Thames goldfields, and of Doctor George Lapraik, of Thames. The engagement of Miss Malet (Christchurch) to Mr Randall is announced. Miss Hill-Fisher, of Christchurch, is engaged to Mr Stew-art. Miss L. Hill-Fisher, of Christchurch, is engaged to Mr Wright. Miss Ella Harley, of the same city, is engaged to Mr Ross Wilson. The marriage of Miss Lily Roberts (Dunedin) to Mr Brian Haggitt will take place at the end of this month. The marriage of Dr Douglas, of the Hamilton Hospital, and Miss “Tottie” Brown, of Lower Carlton Gore Road, is to take place on or about the 12th of next month.
