(Notice is hereby given that application under section 67 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, has been made to the Board in writing by a majority of the successors appointed by the Court to the interest of Te Karaunu Ngawharau, deceased, in Lot 122, Parish of Tamahere, to effect a sale of the interest of the said Te Karaunu Ngawharau to one Sholto Fergusson, of Wellington, for the sum of £10 per acre, under the provisions of the section aforesaid, and that the Board will consider the same at its sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, the 20th April, 1927.
