Sitting of the Native Land Court at Tuahiwi on 19th January, 1925.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Tuahiwi on the 19th January, 1925, to ascertain and determine pursuant to section 29 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1923, who are the persons entitled to participate in any relief that may be granted in respect of the matters reported in Petition No. 454 of 1909 with regard to the purchase by Mr. Kemp in 1848 of the Ngaitahu Block.
