Schedule of Owners of Titi Islands ascertained by Native Land Court.
In the matter of Section 11 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1921, and in the matter of the Titi Islands. Native Land Court, Wellington, 17th January, 1924. WHEREAS by section 11 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1921, the Native Land Court was authorized and empowered in inquire and determine whether the names of any persons other than those mentioned in the order of the Court dated the twenty-first day of February, 1910, were entitled to be included in the lists of any such island and if so, to amend or vary the said order accordingly. The Native Land Court having inquired into the matter in pursuance of the above mentioned section and having found that certain other persons were entitled to be included in the lists of the owners, the order of the Court of the 21st day of February, 1910, was varied accordingly and a complete list of all persons shown in such amended order as entitled to rights in the respective islands is published in accordance with the provisions of subsection (3) of section 11 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1921.
