Notice under Sections 49 and 50 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913.
Native Land Court, Wanganui, 23rd May, 1922. NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to the Native Land Court that in order to give access to Waipu 3b No. 1 it should lay off over adjoining Native land (viz., Ruatanga 1c Nos. 2 and 4) such road-lines or private ways as the Court thinks necessary or expedient; and that the Court has approved Tuesday, the 4th day of July, 1922, at Wanganui, as the time and place for hearing all objections (if any) to the said application being granted.
