Rekubeihana Nama 52 TENET te Poari Whenua Maori o te Takiwa Whenua Maori o Aotea ka whakaatu ka tu he huinga o nga tangata no ratou a Te Tphi Nama 3b, i runga i te whakahaerenga o Wahi XVIII o te Ture Whenua Maori, 1909, ki Whanganui a te Taite, te 10 o nga ra o Hurae, 1919, a te llongi haora i te ata, hei whiriwhiri i te motini e whai ake nei :— “ Ko te toenga o te whenua e mohiotia ana ko Te Tuhi 3b e 317 eka e 8 paati me riihi ki a Sidney Smith Waide, o Ahurangi, Whanganui Awa, tangata ahu whenua, mo nga tau e rua tekau ma tahi mo te utu reti i te tau e rite ana ki te 5 paiheneti o te wariu whakapaingakore a te Kawanatanga o naianei mo taua whenua.” I tuhia ki Whanganui i tenei te 12 o nga ra o Hune, 1919.
