CARLETON—To move for leave to bring in a Pre-emption Land; Claims Bill. 3. MB. PICARD—To move for leave to bring in a Bill for the management of the Native Reserves in the Province of Nelson. 4. MR. PORTER—To move for leave to bring in a Bill to prevent Bribery at Elections. 5. MR. FITRGERALD—To move for a copy of any instructions to the Governor of New Zealand authorizing him to make regulations for the disposal of the Waste Lands of the Crown hi New Zealand. 6. MR. SEWELL—To move, on the third reading of the Public Reserves Bill, the introduction of a clause having for its object the' enabling the Governor ot the colony to make grants of land reclaimed, or reclaimable from the sea or navigable rivers. 7. MR. MOORHOUSE—To move, on the third reading of the Public Reserves Bill, for leave to introduce a clause or clauses having for their object the protection of private rights which may be affected by grants" of land reclaimed or reclaimable from the sea or navigable rivets.
