ORDERS OP REFERENCE Extracts from the Journals of the House of Representatives Wednesday, the 12th Day of July, 1950 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all Bills or other matters relating to labour which may be referred to it: the Committee to consist of Mr. Chapman, Mr. Johnstone, Mr. McAlpine, Mr. R. Macdonald, the Hon. Mr. McLagan, Mr. Mathison, Mr. Roy, Mr. Sheat, Mr. Sim, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Sullivan.) Ordered, " That all petitions not finally dealt with during the session of 1949 be again referred to the same Committees as they were referred to during the said session."—(Right Hon. Mr. Holland.) Tuesday, the 3rd Day or October, 1950 Ordered, " That the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill be referred to the Labour Bills Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Sullivan.) REPORTS No. 21—Petition of Joseph Divis Praying for a rehearing of his petition of 1948. No. 3—Petition of C. H. Tollan, of Wellington Praying for compensation in respect of an injury sustained in the course of Ms employment.
