The Draft Convention concerning the regulation of certain special systems of recruiting workers, the Recommendation concerning the progressive elimination of recruiting, the Draft Convention concerning the reduction of hours of work on public works, the Draft Convention concerning annual holidays with pay, and the Recommendation concerning annual holidays with pay, here reprinted, were adopted by the International Labour Conference at its Twentieth Session, held at Geneva, from 4th to 24th June, 1936. The texts of the Draft Conventions and of the Recommendations as here presented are true copies of the texts authenticated by the signatures of the President of the International Labour Conference and of the Acting Director of the International Labour Office, and deposited with the Secretary-General of the League of Nations.
