I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch, No. 87, of the j 20th February, forwarding copies of an Order of His Majesty in Council dated 9th February, 1914, varying the provisions of the Order in Council of the 24th June, 1912, under the Copyright Act, 1911, in so far as they relate to Italy. 2.
