REPORT. Government Buildings, Wellington, 17th April, 1902. The Commissioners of the Public Debts Sinking Funds have the honour to lay before Parliament the account of their transactions for the year which ended on the 31st March, 1902. The proceedings and transactions of the year for which the accounts are presented were without any circumstances considered by the Commissioners as calling for special remark. J. K.
