22. The following table shows the number of members of friendly societies, the amount of their accumulated capital, and the average capital per member in each of the Australasian Colonies, according to the latest published statistics, arranged in order of membership:—

Trade-unions. 23. No registration under "The Trade-union Act, 1878," was applied for or effected during the year. 24. A complete amendment of the rules of the under-mentioned societies was registered : — Amalgamated Society of Eailway Servants of New Zealand. Thames Miners' Union. 25. The registration of the Lyttelton Fishermen's Union was cancelled on the ground that the society had ceased to exist. 26.
